What You’ll Be Doing

As a Talent Pipeline Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Talent Team to keep recruitment moving quickly, professionally and safely. You’ll manage candidate pipelines, conduct structured screening interviews and ensure every candidate receives an exceptional experience from their very first interaction with Kindred.

You will:

• Review and progress applications across Kindred’s nursery network.

• Conduct structured telephone and video screening interviews.

• Assess candidates’ experience, motivation and suitability for working within Early Years.

• Apply safer recruitment principles throughout the screening process.

• Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns appropriately.

• Match candidates to suitable vacancies across our nurseries.

• Coordinate face-to-face interviews with Nursery Managers.

• Deliver a warm, professional and engaging candidate experience at every stage.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Monitor recruitment pipelines and support achievement of recruitment KPIs.

• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and the wider People Team.

• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

  What You’ll Need
  
  Essential:
  

• Experience within recruitment, customer service, talent acquisition or a fast-paced coordination role.

• Excellent communication skills with a naturally engaging telephone manner.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and candidate pipelines.

• Confidence working independently in a remote environment.

• Experience using recruitment systems, ATS platforms or CRM systems.

• A commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality and GDPR.
  
  Desirable:
  

• Experience within childcare, education or another regulated sector.

• Experience supporting multi-site recruitment.

• Knowledge of safer recruitment, DBS, right-to-work checks or regulated activity.

• Recruitment qualification or commitment to professional development.
